Tourist Visa
A tourist visa is for all those wishing to visit Anguilla for purposes such as spending time with their family, meeting their relatives or sightseeing. It is easier to obtain a tourist visa in comparison to other visas and is commonly used.
Business Visa
If you want to visit Anguilla for work purposes like going for a business meeting, attending a global conference, making deals with local companies etc., a business visa is what you need. Your passport has to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your stay in the country for you to obtain your business visa.
Documents required for Anguilla visa
Anguilla Visa Document Requirements
- Filled out and signed Anguilla tourist visa application form.
- Original, signed passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
- Passport-type photographs: 2
- Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.
- Property papers if possible.
- Copies of bank statements from the past 3 months.
- Most recent federal tax return, including the taxpayer copy (W-2 form).
- A letter from your employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details), stating that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.
- Copy of the hotel reservations.
- If visiting friends or family, you must provide a letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, purpose and duration of the visit, confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature, and date. You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in Anguilla ie. copy of their Anguilla passport's information page, or, if they are not a citizen of Anguilla, copies of their Anguilla residence permit and their national passport's information pages.
