Passport
You will need to provide the original signed passport along with two copies of the personal information page of your passport. Photograph
All the individuals need to provide it to color passport size photograph that meets the following criteria,
- This photo needs to be taken in the last 3 months and printed on high-quality photo paper.
- You should take your photograph on white background.
- The photo must be two inches by 2 inches
- You are expected to provide a full frontal view of your head with your face present in middle displaying a neutral expression.
- You are not allowed to be any kind of eyeglasses and headgear except for the ones related to your religion.
- The photo should be glued to the application it must not be stapled in your application.
Visa Application Form
To provide an original and scanned copy of the application form and the application form will include all the answers for all the fields. It would also have related as present on thee passport. Aalso, you have to do a signature on it For box labeled as other information specifies the name of the employer and if you take for a student or retired in case of the employer as well.

Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
