Visa policy for the citizen of Uganda to travel to Ethiopia
The citizens of Uganda can travel to Ethiopia using the e-visa facility that is available for them. They just need to fill the application form and submit documents after that to pay for the visa through a valid credit card or debit card. The visa application is a matter of minutes. The form will be filled within a few minutes, it is a simple and easy process after that the payment can be done through a valid credit card or debit card.
Two countries that are an exception to the\is visa policy are the following:
- Kenya
- Djibouti
Citizens belonging to the above countries do not need any visa to enter Uganda. They just need to have a valid passport and they can travel freely to Uganda.
The citizens of Kenya can stay in the country for up to one year without a visa and the citizens of Djibouti can stay in the country for up to 3 months without a visa.

The citizens of Uganda can travel to Ethiopia using the e-visa, they can apply for the e-visa using the online visa application form and the payment of the fees of the visa through the debit card and the credit card.

There are 2 types of the tourist visa available for the tourist traveling to Ethiopia for 30 days and 90 days. These visas are available for the single entry visa only. That means that the traveler is required to re-enter the country before the current visa expires. After that, they need to apply for a new visa. |
