Tourist Visa
Ghana grants tourist visas to people who are coming to Ghana for private or personal purposes like spending time with their own family, exploring the country or relaxing in one of the country's many resorts. It is easily available and is the most popular visa of the lot.
Business Visa
If you plan to visit Ghana for work purposes only, you can apply for a business visa. This visa doesn't allow its holder to gain employment in the country and is valid for a limited no. of days.

- Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from date of departure. All passports with less than six (6) months validity from the date of travel are not acceptable.
- One (1) duly-completed, application form.
- Passports must bear signatures of bearers.
- Letter of invitation from person or institution in Ghana.
- Letter from present employer or educational institution confirming status. If self-employed, particulars of business registration.
- Applicants under 18 years, require an authorization letter from both parents and photocopy of parent's passports.
- The bank payment transaction slip (visa fee).
- All completed forms must be duly signed and dated.
- Signature on the application form must tally with the applicant's signature in the passport.
- Copy of the bio-data page of an applicant's passport must be uploaded (this does not replace the submission of the applicant's original passport).
