- Passport or other travel document issued within the previous ten years with a period of validity extending at least three months past that of the visa applied for containing at least two blank pages for affixing visas.

- The photograph must not be folded, dirty or otherwise damaged.
- The photograph must be of high resolution and printed on high-quality photo paper.
- The photograph must show your face in close-up with a small portion of your shoulders, where the face takes up 70-80% of the photograph.
- The photograph must not be blurry.
- The photograph must have neutral lighting and contrast, and the color of the face must be natural.
