Every citizen of Tanzania who wishes to travel to Ethiopia is required to have a valid visa before he or she lands in another country. Tanzanian citizens can apply for a single entry visa to Ethiopia for a stay of either 30 days or 90 days. A valid passport issued by Tanzania:
Every traveler must have a valid passport issued by Tanzania with a validity of at least 6 months on arrival in Tanzania. You must have at least two blank pages for the immigration officer to stamp your passport.

How long does it take to get a visa for Ethiopia from Tanzania?

Majorly, maximum visas for tourism in Ethiopia are approved within 24 hours after you have submitted your application for the visa. Ethiopia visa application for Tanzanian Citizens
For every Tanzanian citizen to get a visa for Ethiopia, He or she is required to fill the application form for the visa on the online website of visa application. On the visa application form, applicants are required to answer a series of few important questions that are considered necessarily important for the approval of their visa application to Ethiopia. These are some very simple questions related to your personal information and important passport information like your full name ( first name and last name and a middle name, if you have one), contact information ( your email address and your residency address), and required important passport information (passport number, date of issuing and the date of expiry of your passport to check it’s validity before traveling to any other country).
